'Kuch Kuch Locha Hai' review: A bad film that guarantees to kill you of boredom

Director: Devang Dholakia
We should to be rewarded for taking the pain to watch insanely crass movies like 'Kuch Kuch Locha Hai'. Movies like these doesn't even deserve a mention anywhere, but for the sake of Sunny Leone fans, here is less of a review and more of a statutory warning as to why you shouldn't even think of watching the so called 'sex comedy'.
'Kuch Kuch Locha Hai' guarantees to kill you of boredom. The repugnant plot and catastrophic acting done by every single individual in the movie culminates to an epic mishap that you would ever want to witness while watching a movie.

A still from 'Kuch Kuch Locha Hai'.
The story revolves around a rich Gujarati businessman Praveen Patel (Ram Kapoor) who is a huge fan of Bollywood actress Shanaya (Sunny Leone). His wife Kokila (Suchita Trivedi) is a spiritual woman, who spends most of her time singing hymns. Praveen's son Jigar (Navdeep Chabbra) is in love with his neighbour Naina (Evelyn Sharma) and wants to get married to her. He is trying by all means to persuade his father for the same. Twist in the story comes, when Praveen gets a chance to meet his favourite actress Shanaya (Sunny Leone) and she expresses her desire to stay at his place to learn the nuances of Gujarati cultural for her next project.
Debutant Navdeep Chabbra is so bad in the movie that he doesn't even deserve the Golden Kela Award for worst debut, because that would be an insult to the award show. Having said that, his co-actor Evelyn Sharma is no good either. And Ram Kapoor has just attempted to tarnish his own image by agreeing to be a part of the movie. The moviemakers seem to have taken a vow to use Sunny Leone as a commodity and the poor girl has to resort to those cheap antics all the times. It is a bad film with everything bad in it.
