Tips on how to keep your hair strong and full of life during winters
For luscious long locks
The onset of winters not only calls for vibrant cardigans but also calls for extra care when it comes to hair. While one like to enjoy this beautiful crime, hair fall is the most common problem one encounters as one sees a dip in the temperature. Here are some tips that will help you to protect your precious strands in this weather:

1. Avoid hot showers: One of the most important thing is to avoid hot water showers. Use lukewarm water for hair bath. While shampooing, use lukewarm water that will open up the pores, while after conditioning use cold waters that will close all the pores. Using hot water for hair wash devoids the scalp from all the nutrients.

2. Shampoo less; Condition more: Another tip for healthy hair is to shampoo less and condition every time you wash your hair. Lock in the moisture by running your hair through cold water. For a more shiner hair, leave in at least 10% of the conditioner after rinsing the remaining.

3. Deep conditioning: It's a great idea during winters to treat your hair to deep conditioning treatments. This will replenish the moisture and keep your hair in a good condition as it will retain the nutrients as well as keep the scalp moist which will reduce the itchiness which is caused by dryness.

4. Blow dryers: Avoid using blow dryers as much as possible. The heat of the dryer will make hair brittle. Due to every day styling, hair can undergo a lot of damage and problems like frizzy hair, hair breakage leading to hair fall and split ends are likely to occur. If this continues then your hair gradually becomes dull and limp.

5. Regular trimming: Regular trimming are great for healthy hair in winter. This will keep your hair in great shape and health too. Try and get a hair trim every six to eight weeks, it will help to reduce the chance of splitting ends.
