Design and Display 
The Nokia Lumia 625 is equipped with a 4.7 inches IPS LCD capacitive touch screen, with a 480 x 800 pixels resolution. The smartphone’s weight is of 159 g, and it features the following dimensions: 133.3 x 72.3 x 9.2 mm.
The Nokia Lumia 925 will come with a smaller touch screen: a 4.5 inches AMOLED one, with a higher resolution of 768 x 1280 pixels. The device is lighter, weighing 139 g, and is also smaller, featuring the following dimensions: 129 x 70.6 x 8.5 mm.
Operating System and Hardware 
Nokia’s Lumia 625 sports a Krait dual core processor that works at 1.2 GHz and the Qualcomm MSM8930 Snapdragon chipset. The smartphone comes with 512 MB RAM, and 8 GB of internal storage (expandable up to 64GB with a microSD card). It runs on the Microsoft Windows Phone 8 OS.
625’s successor, the Lumia 925 comes with a Krait dual core processor working at 1.5 GHz and the Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon chipset. This smartphone comes with 1 GB of RAM and a bigger internal memory of 16 GB (but this memory is not expandable). This device runs as well on the Microsoft Windows Phone 8 operating system.

The Lumia 925 comes with a better rear camera of 8MP (autofocus + dual-LED flash + optical image stabilization), and a slightly better front camera: 1.3MP.
The Nokia Lumia 625 will sport a Li-Ion 2000 mAh battery, which is approximated to last around 15 hours (+10 minutes) of talking time on 3G (or, if you are a notorious music listener, you can translate that into 90 hours of music play).
