Asus ZenFone series hitting India next month

The Asus ZenFone range of smartphones is all set to make its way into India and it will be doing that on July 9 according to company. Through this entry, a total of three new devices are expected to find their way into the country’s market, placed in three different price segments.
The ZenFone series was unveiled by the company back in January at the CES. These smartphones are out in several markets around the globe, and it’s now their turn to land in India. While Asus has a big presence in the PC sector of the nation, these products should help it establishe its brand in the smartphone department as well.

First among the new devices is called the Asus ZenFone 4. It is an entry-level offering, and it features a 4-inch 480 x 800 pixel display. Furthermore, 1GB of RAM makes its way into the handset, aside from 4GB of storage (expandable), a 1.2GHz Intel Atom dual core processor clocked at 1.2GHz and a 1200mAh battery.
The ZenFone 5 (pictured above) which features a 5-inch 720p HD panel on its front surface, benefits from a 2GHz dual core Intel Atom SoC. It bears an 8MP rear camera and a 2110mAh battery as well. This phone grabs the same amount of RAM as the above mentioned device.
A 6-inch handset from the range is the ZenFone 6 (pictured below) too grabs a 720p HD panel. While its rear camera is 13MP in capacity and its battery produces 3300mAh of power, its RAM and processor remain the same as those of the 5-inch model.
