Panasonic HD HC-X1000 4K camcorder launched in India for Rs 179000

The Panasonic HD HC-X1000 4K camcorder has been rolled into India by the Japanese consumere lectronics brand since it clearly sees a market for top-notch video shooting equipment here. The device is priced at Rs 179000, which is a good enough hint about it being aimed at professionals anyway.
When we say that the Panasonic HD HC-X1000 is capable of capturing extremely high definition clips, we’re talking full HD at 1920 x 1080 pixels, UHD at 3840 x 2160 pixels and obviously even 4K Cinema at 4096 x 2160 pixels. Because the devil’s in the details, you know.

So everyone from those dabbling in making documentaries to shooting special events and so on may be glad to tinker around with the camcorder. That’s providing their work is good enough to let them pay for it or have someone else sponsor them. After all, Rs 179000 is no pocket change.
Featuring a Leica Dicomar lens, the HC-X1000 can shoot and then store 4K 60p/50p images onto an SD card. There are three manual lens rings on the barrel called the iris ring, the focusring and the zoom ring for lending speed and an intuitive touch as users capture videos through the device.

The Panasonic HD HC-X1000 4K camcorder is fitted with four separately driven Leica Dicomar lens groups and a space-saving drive range in order to make room for 20x  optical zoom and still keep the body conveniently portable. The audio function is supported by 2-channel input terminals for external mic and line recording.
We’ll give you a shout as soon as we see the Panasonic HD HC-X1000 hit market availability in India.
