This season is known to be the worst which not only dehydrates you but also
makes your skin parched and dry.

Here's how to avoid the common skin problems during summers

Itching: This is very common during summers. The rashes are troublesome and often last for a very long time during this season. To treat this problem, use a cooling talcum powder after you have your baths. Make sure that your clothes have dried completely before you wear them. If you are suffering from rashes, try rubbing some ice on the area and then sprinkle some talcum powder.

Acne: Another problem during this season, pimples during summers are extremely painful and often tend to leave marks. Use a SPF before you step out in the sun. Also apply herbal face packs that will soothe the area and reduce the blemishes. Further, drink lots of water to keep your system hydrated during this season.

Oily scalp: Since you tend to perspire much more during the warmer months, your scalp gets oily and thus becomes itchy. To avoid this problem, wash your hair frequently. Don't let the dirt and grime stick to your scalp; else it may lead to dandruff and other hair problems.

Also, oil your scalp before you shampoo.
